Here are two quick and easy recepies for pancakes...
Pancakes:
2-4 spoons of oats
1-2 spoons of cottage cheese
skimmed milk
vanilla
1 egg
Mix the ingredients together. If you want a big dose, add more milk.
“Nutela”:
100g nonfat powdered milk
10-12 spoons of skimmed milk
vanilla (add cocoa if you want “dark chocolate”)
Mix the ingredients together and put the mixture in the fridge for couple of hours to tighten. ...
